1. When will you ship my order?
Orders received by 6:00 pm eastern time will be shipped out the same day or the next business day.
2. How will my shipment be sent?
At FeatherFlags.com we use all types of shipping. We strive for accuracy as well as keeping shipping costs down for everyone. Your package may be delivered by UPS, Fedex or USPS
3. When will my order arrive?
At FeatherFlags.com we ship items from the warehouse closest to the customer. All items should arrive in 3-5 business days.
4. Will everything come in one package?
Our site lists approximately 1000 products so you may have multiple packages or deliveries. All should arrive in 3-5 business days..except during the Holiday season.
5. Is there a proof cost for custom items?

If an order is placed there is no proof charge. If a proof is made an an order is cancelled, there may be a proof charge.

6. Is there a restock charge for new returned items?

Yes..but only for new returned items ..not defective merchandise.

 The fee is 15% of the cost of the item. Shipping is nonrefundable for items just not wanted.
